During the holiday season many experience some degree of anxiety. For a person who is not compromised emotionally, an amount of anxiety can be a positive experience to prompt change.

Those who have done the work going into the Yom Tovem can experience a lofty level of thsuvah and  atonement,  will be more ready to receive and accept that there is no good or bad judgment, only a judgment that is individually tailored to as each person as he or she needs to help them succeed.

A person who has been thorough , honest and sincere in doing tshuva could experience real authentic joy- simcha during the Yom Tovem. We need to remember, equal to the effort is the reward.

May your thsuvah and judgment be sweet.
Leib Getzel (Lawrence ) Lax
