IMEC Pipeline; An underlying economic obstacle and solution of Middle East Peace
India Middle East Economic Corridor

India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Israel, Italy, France, Germany, Greece,  (alt. Syria, bypass Qatar)

The IMEC is a seriously under-discussed issue in the Middle East. It was recently mentioned in Netanyahu’s speech at the UN as ‘a Blessing VS a Curse’. It addresses a huge economic development in the Middle East that will bring great prosperity. It involves; India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Israel, Italy, France, Germany, Greece  (alt. Syria, bypass Qatar) and is being delayed due to the regions instability making  progress on the project impossible. It could potentially isolate Iran from the rest of the Middle East and loosing economic an political influence.  No one is interested building or investing in a project in the faces so much instability.

We have already come to know that the powerful economic ties created by the Abraham Accord strengthened relations and brought prosperity to those participants. The IMEC will do that manifold, creating powerful economic and political alliances.

The IMEC project includes shipping, a pipeline, a rail line and communications lines that will extend from Mediterranean Sea of  Greece,  to then move goods on land through  Israel and the middle east and through the Indian Sea to India cutting existing  transport times by ship only by many weeks.  The Middle East relations and economic will thrive like never before.

Although there could be trunk line access to counties beyond the primary scope of the project, Iran being outside of the primary route could be denied any benefit. The IMEC could compromise Iran economy (oil exports) and dissolve Iran’s   Middle East activism and any plans to take over the region.
